In contemporary Iran, and especially since the constitutional era, there have been numerous social movements, which have been the main concern of all women. Thus, the main issue of the research is the interpretation of legal empowerment by Iranian women's social movements in different periods and the extent to which the movements have achieved their goals. Bisley's "typology" was chosen as the theoretical framework and "genealogy" as the research method in this study. The findings of the study show that: The goals of women's social movements in Iran to empower them in different periods have been interpreted differently. These movements in the constitutional era saw the demand for the legal equality of men and women as their primary goal. The aim of these movements in the first Pahlavi era was to attempt to bring women into society and in the second Pahlavi era to fight against the exploitation of women in factories and to pay them equality. During the Islamic Revolution, the provision of a community activity space for women to be more in line with Iranian and Sharia-based elements of the social movement was identified as the goal of women's social movements, and thus led to a discourse in which women's social and political participation was considered natural. In the light of Bessel's typology, therefore, women's social movements in the four aforementioned periods can be assessed in terms of liberal feminism, radical feminism, Marxist feminism, and postmodern feminism, respectively.}, keywords = {Legal Empowerment,Women's Social Movements,Typology,Genealogy,contemporary Iran}, title_fa = {جنبش‌های اجتماعی توانمندسازی حقوقی زنان در ایران معاصر}, abstract_fa = {در دنیای معاصر، مسائل مربوط به زنان ازجمله تلاش‌ برای توانمندسازی حقوقی آنان همواره بخش مهم و تأثیرگذار در اغلب جوامع بشری بوده است. در ایران معاصر نیز به‌ویژه از عصر مشروطیت به بعد جنبش‌های اجتماعی متعددی روی‌داده که مطالبه گری حقوق زنان به‌عنوان دغدغه اصلی همه آن‌ها بوده است. ازاین‌قرار مسئله این پژوهش این است که توانمندسازی حقوقی توسط جنبش‌های اجتماعی زنان ایران در دوره‌های گوناگون چگونه تعبیر شده و این جنبش‌ها تا چه میزان توانستند به اهداف تعریف‌شده خود دست یابند. «سنخ‌شناسی» بیسلی به‌عنوان چارچوب نظری و«تبارشناسی» به‌عنوان روش تحقیق در این پژوهش انتخاب‌شده است. یافته‎‌های تحقیق نشان می‎‌دهد: اهداف جنبش‌های اجتماعی زنان در ایران در جهت توانمندسازی حقوقی آنان در دوره‌های مختلف به گونه‌های متفاوت تفسیر شده است. جنبش‌های مذکور در دوران مشروطه، مطالبات برابری حقوقی زنان و مردان را به‌عنوان هدف اصلی خود برگزیدند. هدف این جنبش‌ها در دوران پهلوی اول، تلاش برای حضور زنان در اجتماع و در دوران پهلوی دوم به‌صورت مبارزه علیه استثمار زنان تفسیر شد. در دوران جمهوری اسلامی، به‌عنوان هدف جنبش‌های اجتماعی زنان فضای فعالیت در اجتماع برای زنان با انطباق بیشتری با مؤلفه‌های شرعی و بومی ایرانی فراهم شد. ازاین‌رو به حاکمیت گفتمانی انجامید که در آن مشارکت اجتماعی و سیاسی زنان امری طبیعی تلقی شد. با این حساب در پرتو سنخ‌شناسی بیسلی، جنبش‌های اجتماعی زنان در چهار دوران مذکور را می‌توان به ترتیب در چارچوب فمینیسم لیبرال، فمینیسم رادیکال، فمینیسم مارکسیسمی و فمینیسم پست‌مدرنیسمی ارزیابی کرد.}, keywords_fa = {توانمندسازی حقوقی,جنبش‌های اجتماعی زنان,سنخ‌شناسی,تبارشناسی,ایران معاصر}, url = {https://jou.spsiran.ir/article_113610.html}, eprint = {https://jou.spsiran.ir/article_113610_884d779d51d8b3f7618bc1e0f11d205a.pdf} }
