Proposing an issue in the security agenda is the starting point of the securitization process. Although our country has hosted the ethnic, racial or religious minorities, the religious minorities had a more significant weight due to their belief. In Article 13 of the Constitution, only Christians, Jews and Zoroastrians are religious minorities. Since the question of the causes and contexts of turning the issue of the religious minorities into a security issue has occupied the minds of decision makers. The main question of research is that “From the point of view of political sociology, what are the reasons and grounds for securitization of the issues of the religious minorities of Christianity, Judaism and Zoroastrianism in the Islamic Republic of Iran?” Another important point is that the lack of knowledge in some experts about their rights has sometimes irreparable consequences and we should look for a model to specify their different levels of security indicators and to extract their strategic implications. There are two significant internal and external approaches in the securitization of religious minorities. The destructive security behaviors of the religious minorities are low, except Protestants, but should be overseen and watched based on non-security indicators.The result is that the domestic and foreign factors have not been able to push them to divergence and securitize them.}, keywords = {\ Minority,Security/Threat,Social security,National Security of the Islamic Republic,Rights of religious minorities in the Islamic Republic}, title_fa = {بررسی زمینه‌های امنیتی شدن موضوع اقلیت‌های دینی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران}, abstract_fa = {مفهوم امنیتی کردن، یعنی خروج پدیده‌ها از حوزه سیاست‌های عمومی و ورود آن‌ها به‌حوزه‌ امنیتی. طرح یک‌موضوع در دستور کار امنیتی، نقطه‌ی آغاز فرآیند امنیتی‌شدن است. هر چند کشور ما همواره میزبان اقلیت‌های قومی، نژادی و یا دینی بوده، ولی اقلیت‌های دینی به دلیل صبغه اعتقادی از وزن قابل توجه‌تری برخوردار بودند. در اصل 13 قانون اساسی تنها مسیحیت، یهود و زرتشت، مصداق اقلیت دینی می باشند.. از آنجا که علل و زمینه های تبدیل موضوع اقلیتهای دینی به مسئله امنیتی، همواره ذهن تصمیم گیرندگان این عرصه ها را به خود مشغول کرده؛ سؤال اصلی پژوهش، این می‌باشد که «از نظر جامعه‌شناسی سیاسی، چه علل و زمینه هایی موجبات امنیتی شدن موضوع اقلیت‌های دینی مسیحیت، یهود و زرتشت در جمهوری اسلامی را فراهم می‌سازد؟». نکته مهم دیگر این که عدم شناخت برخی صاحب نظران از حقوق این اقلیت ها، تبعات جبران ناپذیری به همراه داشته و باید به دنبال مدلی بود تا سطوح مختلف امنیتی آنها ‌مشخص و دلالت‏های راهبردی را نیز از آن استخراج کرد.دو رویکرد داخلی و خارجی در امنیتی کردن اقلیت های دینی قابل توجه است. رفتارهای مخرب امنیتی از جانب اقلیت‏های دینی مذکور به جز مسیحیت پروتستان پائین است، ولی می‏بایست بر مبنای شاخص‏هایی غیرامنیتی، همواره صیانت و تعیین وضعیت شوند. نتیجه اینکه عوامل داخلی و خارجی نتوانسته اند این اقلیت‌ها را به سمت واگرائی سوق داده و زمینه امنیتی شدن یا امنیتی ساختن آنها را بوجود آورند.}, keywords_fa = {اقلیت,امنیت/تهدید,امنیت ‌اجتماعی,امنیت ‌ملی‌ جمهوری ‌اسلامی,حقوق -اقلیت‌های ‌دینی ‌در جمهوری ‌اسلامی}, url = {https://jou.spsiran.ir/article_157489.html}, eprint = {https://jou.spsiran.ir/article_157489_18eee7efb11ee4b8fcbd9aa15c993af1.pdf} }
