This article examines the judicial procedures of detention in Iran, France and Britain. Under Iranian law, administrative and judicial action against a bankrupt is subject to suspension. Exceptions to the proposed rule should be sought outside the scope of the "principle of non-interference". French jurisprudence was in line with the doctrine, given that the Commercial Code considers payment at maturity above all else, but later, under certain circumstances, the French court distanced itself from this argument and for a time did not pay the debt. He did not consider the due date to be sufficient to stop the payments in the liquidation procedure and not judicial reconciliation.
