The ultimate goal of economic justice is to empower anyone to be creative in indefinite transcendental work, that is, mental and spiritual work. Economic justice in the international system is the access of all countries to their rights and wealth to achieve sustainable development. At present, trade is the most important tool for countries to achieve sustainable economic development and it is in the shadow of global trade that countries compete. Globalization has led to the increasing expansion of trade between different nations, and the reason for the importance of trade at the international level is that no country can be found to meet all its needs and requirements without having good trade relations. Countries that are members of the World Trade Organization trade according to certain principles and rules, but non-compliance with the principles and rules leads to differences between them.
