Abstract

The problem of sustainable development can be presented as a general approach, development theories, even liberal and Marxist development theories, inspired by Western societies, to offer models for the whole world. The main idea of sustainable development that affirms this view is the model of transcendent humanism, based on the understanding of the development of social economy that arises from advanced scientific approaches, the growth and development of human virtues, freedom and human power are guaranteed. What seems to be emerging as a sublime truth from the perspective of this development process is the combination of the specialized scientific development of "social economy development" of progress and growth. In addition, the idea of sustainable development has declined compared to modernization. Third world countries are judged on the model of developed countries, and all of them are derived from the model of ancient modernization. This type of racism is used around the world as a unique model of modernization, and is also used to link underdeveloped countries as backwardness. In fact, the line between development and modernization is not very clear. While the first case (development) refers to various social factors that seek to change their society, and the other (modernization) shows the capacity of social system development to produce a transcendent legal and political system related to the environment. In this article, the author refers to a descriptive-analytical method to explain the mechanisms for realizing the right to sustainable global development in the field of environment.
