Comparative analysis of the effects of vocational and technical training on employment of graduates of students in Tehran-1397

Abstract

Technical and vocational education plays an important role in creating employment, welfare and training of skilled labor in today's world and should be considered as a major option to increase the share of graduates and train skilled labor to quickly enter the labor market and The aim of this study was to compare the effects of vocational and technical training on the employment of graduates in students in Tehran in 1397. This research is applied and in terms of data collection, descriptive-survey type. The research instruments included a researcher-made questionnaire whose reliability was calculated through Cronbach's alpha (0.79) and its validity was confirmed by a survey of experts in the field of education and social sciences. The sample studied in this research is 315 graduates of vocational, technical and professional fields who were selected by Cochran method. The results showed that according to the independent t-test to compare the two groups, the significance level of all items is more than 0.05, so there is no statistically significant difference between the two groups, so we can say with 95% confidence that between the two groups There are no statistically significant differences in the social, educational, personal, economic and entrepreneurial dimensions and government support.
