Phenomenological study of strategic plans and policy makers of managers in organizations (Case study of Isfahan banks)

Abstract

The roles of the manager can be in the areas of creating morale among employees, staff growth, problem solving, conflict resolution, appropriate allocation of resources, access to necessary information, communication with subordinates, transparency, understanding of responsibilities and .... The purpose of this study is a phenomenological study of the roles of managers in banks in Isfahan. This study is a qualitative research in terms of the nature of the data. Data analysis has been done qualitatively and phenomenologically. The statistical population of this study is managers working in banks in Isfahan. The sample size was 13 people who were selected by snowball sampling method. Data were analyzed from interviews and theoretical studies and research literature through primary and secondary coding. This led to conceptualization and categorization. The results showed that a total of 201 initial codes were extracted from 13 interviews for different banks and based on that, 100 initial concepts were obtained. Presenting exploratory innovation, paying attention to external factors, paying attention to internal factors, strengthening managerial competencies, strengthening human resources, developing structural factors, developing cultural factors, optimizing staff characteristics, paying attention to intervention conditions, alliance, strengthening balancing strategy, presenting Complex structures, attention to the market, profitability and attention to constant growth).
