Abstract

Existence of Mehran international border and pilgrim traffic from this border along with border trade is one of the most important capabilities that can be the key to economic development of the province both in terms of religious tourist traffic and in terms of transit of goods and creating a free trade zone in its economic growth. And create high job opportunities play a significant role. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting economic, social and cultural development in the western provinces of the country (Case study: Mehran border). The present research is applied based on the purpose and from the point of view of how to collect information, it is a qualitative research. To identify the effective factors in the role of border markets in economic, social, cultural development in the western provinces of the country to 15 in-university experts and experts of the Ministry based on factors such as professional experience in the role of border markets in development Economic, social, cultural in the western provinces of the country, the history of conducting scientific research in this field and such cases have been referred. In the present study, semi-structured interviews were used to investigate the role of border markets in economic, social and cultural development in the western provinces of the country. In this research, Delphi technique has been used to analyze the data.
