Abstract

Issues related to receiving alimony from the wife, lack of attention and lack of easy and practical solutions to the problems of family rights and courts. Retribution is one of the ways of exercising the right in order to force the debtors against the creditors with the motive of supporting the creditors who do not have a document acceptable to the legal authorities to realize their rights. The jurists disagree about the possibility of compensation for alimony from the husband's property to the extent that they believe that if the husband refuses to pay alimony where it is obligatory on him, if it is possible to refer to the ruler of Sharia, the ruler will force him to pay. Pays alimony. However, if due to some problems for the wife, it is not possible to refer to the ruler of the Shari'a. Pays alimony.
