Investigating a Positive Organizational Behavior Model Based on Optimal Social Behavior (Case study: Water and Wastewater Industry of the country)

Abstract

Positive organizational behavior with the benefit of new management tools, namely psychological capital in addition to human and social capital is able to create a sustainable competitive advantage for contemporary organizations. Considering the importance of the topic of positive organizational behavior, the present study has tried to design and study a model of positive organizational behavior based on the desired social behavior of employees in water and wastewater companies. The present study, which is based on the combined method and data method, presented the model using a questionnaire, interview and test. In order to validate and evaluate the measures of Kappa coefficient of 0.65, an appropriate agreement was reached from the interview. , As the most important causal factor and the factor of not paying attention to participatory management with an average weight of 8.31 as the most important intervener and also strengthening human resource flexibility and organizational excellence with average weight, 7.25 and 7.21 as the most important consequences of organizational behavior, respectively. Positive is based on the favorable social behavior of the country's water and sewage workers.
