Abstract

Waqf is an eternal good and a lasting tradition that is usually felt due to the passage of time, the need to update its consumption; Today, endowments may face issues such as conflict with government, public interest, traditional management rule, and consequently ineffectiveness and efficiency; Changes in this issue require issues such as reviewing the definition of endowments and its examples, proper use of its revenues and increasing the scope of property, as well as licenses for endowment money and the use of participation bond tools to revive endowments and guarantee effective implementation of existing laws and resolving There are legal gaps in order to make sufficient use of the proceeds of the endowment. The present research seeks to answer the question of how and in what direction the endowment income can be used in the right way with a descriptive and analytical method, which requires careful research and expertise, otherwise in We will be deprived of benefiting from the endowment at the right time and place. Finally, it is concluded that due to the changes in the world and the tendency to limit the role of the public sector in the economic, social and cultural spheres, the role of two non-governmental sectors has been in the spotlight. One is the private sector and the other is the non-profit civil sector, headed by "endowment and charitable institutions".
