Abstract

Effective criminal justice policy in crimes against moral dignity in cyberspace needs a fundamental review and solutions such as: Applying the principles of Islamic criminal policy in these crimes can be useful because the laws and rules in this area are based on Islamic rules such as The principle of participatory criminal policy, the establishment of an amnesty institution, the application of Islamic principles regarding freedom, the application of the principles of impunity, decriminalization and delinquency in Islamic criminal policy. Rules of fair trial should be observed especially in these crimes, such as the principle of prohibition of criminal criminality, attention to the criminal principles of the Constitution, adoption of various methods of prevention, appropriate methods of compensation and appropriate punishment, attention to the role of victims in committing these crimes, exploitation One of the universal principles of fair criminal justice is the emphasis on international criminal justice, the tendency to create a global cooperation, the adoption of a special criminal policy towards specific victims such as children and women, which can be the most important practical and theoretical solutions in this area.
