For this purpose, first, using systematic review and selection of 96 articles, with the help of qualitative content analysis method, 86 components were identified in the form of three factors: individual, organizational and extra-organizational. Then, by selecting 16 experts by purposeful sampling and snowball sampling method, which were 8 university professors and 8 bank managers, 71 components were finalized with the help of Delphi technique, and thus the conceptual model of research was validated and formed . The result showed that the elements of the model of factors affecting individual performance in public and private organizations consist of four main factors, namely individual, organizational and extra-organizational factors as influential factors and individual performance as influential factors. Although the elements of the research model are unique and specific to the banking industry in terms of implementation and implementation, but conceptually comparable to the findings and results of previous research and this is an important turning point of the present study.
