Abstract

This article examines the capacities of Afghan immigrants in the connection between Iran and Afghanistan. The main question that arises here is how the capacities of Afghan immigrants in Iran can lead to an increase in the connection between the two countries? The main hypothesis of the article is that Afghan immigrants have economic and cultural capacities that can be used to expand ties and increase the soft power of the Islamic Republic in Afghanistan. On the other hand, the presence of these people in Iran and educating the educated can Provide the interests of this Persian country for losses in Iran. The results of the research also show that the presence of more than 3 million Afghans in Iran has mutual benefits for the two countries. These people who are working and studying in different fields with cultural and economic capacities will increase the mutual influence of the two countries. Be. The research method in this research is qualitative and descriptive-analytical and the data is collected through a library and by taking notes from various sources.
