Abstract

Criminal policy is one of the most important branches of criminal science, which has been the subject of important debates. The definition of criminal policy and the ideologies that govern it have undergone fundamental changes over time, and in each period a more complete and comprehensive definition than the previous definitions has been provided by prominent scientists in this field.
