Abstract
Urban life is a complex and changing phenomenon. The impact of various factors on urban life and urbanization on the one hand and the impact of hectic urban lifestyles on these developments on the other hand, has made this complexity and change a permanent phenomenon and a continuous process to achieve sustainable development while recognizing the potential And Barriers to Development By reviewing development plans from the past fifty years, one can identify the strengths and weaknesses of development plans. This research seeks to answer the question of what is the impact of management multiplicity on the economic development of Mashhad? The purpose of this study is the effect of management multiplicity on the economic development of Mashhad. The method of the present study is a developmental-exploratory study. In this research, the Delphi method is used using the data theory of the foundation based on the identification of the central phenomenon, causal conditions, underlying and intervening factors, strategies and consequences and the relationship between them. The statistical population includes 30 specialists and development planners of the province. According to the obtained model; The main categories of management multiplicity including comprehensive control and government intervention, use of experiences of Islamic countries, development of information technology and increasing social cohesion, optimization of the transport fleet and the existence of Astan Quds were selected as strong levers and economic prosperity, tourism prosperity , Public security and job creation are considered as variables of economic development and are linked in a paradigmatic framework.
