Explanation and investigation of organizational learning components in industrial factories (Case study of Kavian Industrial Town, Razavi Khorasan)

Abstract

The present study was conducted in order to investigate the dimensions of organizational learning among the companies of Kavian Industrial Town, Razavi Khorasan. This research is applied in terms of its purpose and it is an exploratory study in terms of implementation method. The statistical population is the employees of Kavian Industrial Town, Khorasan with a population of over 12000 people. Using Morgan's table, the sample of this research was conducted with 375 people. . which were selected randomly. In this research, Gomezh et al.'s organizational learning questionnaire, which is appropriate to the local culture of the statistical community and has a reliability of 0.91, was used to collect data. For data analysis, spss and smart pls software were used, and in order to determine the cluster exploratory factor analysis was used. By performing the Kaiser-Meier-Olkin test and the Bartlett test, it was ensured that the sampling adequacy and that the correlation matrix in the society is not equal to zero. The findings of the research showed that organizational learning in Kavian Industrial Town has four dimensions: management commitment, systemic vision, open space and experimentation, and knowledge transfer and integration.
