Compilation of educational indicators of free citizens of the world inspired by the opinions of contemporary education philosophers

Abstract

Due to increasing cultural diversity around the world, in this century, citizens need knowledge, attitudes and skills to function in their own cultural communities as well as beyond their cultural boundaries. The purpose of this study is to develop indicators of the educational aspirations of free citizens of the world based on the views of contemporary philosophers of education. For this purpose, descriptive-analytical research method and confirmatory explanatory approach were used and data were collected from the book of ideas of contemporary philosophers related to the field of global citizenship. Various categories on the subject were obtained in the form of the main educational indicators of free citizens of the world inspired by the views of contemporary philosophers of education and also effective indicators of global citizen education in the context of the education system in the form of cognitive, skill indicators And attitudes were categorized. Based on the findings of the analysis of theoretical information, the required model was designed and its analysis was presented in the form of descriptive analysis and confirmatory factor analysis in accordance with the conceptual model and qualitative research findings indicate that free citizens of the world in the shadow of education and Vocational training can train knowledgeable, committed and skilled human resources for the knowledge community and knowledge management in response to the third millennium, and in the end, practical recommendations have been provided to implement the desired model.
