The role of judicial institutions in the development and security of Iran's political economy

Abstract

Since economic security at macro national level is an institutional framework of economic, political, legal, and social variables circumstances so that gains trust of economic activists within a national system and secures growth of national economics by enjoying sense of trust to policymakers, the knowing of its components is of most importance. In this process, one of the most important and essential instruments and preliminaries for achieving to the economic development is “Economic Security and Investment”. In the meantime, judiciary, as one of the effective institutions in the field of assuring for the economic security and its development, can be effective as an efficient and independent institution in assuring for the economic development, which is dealt with in the present study, and the judicial components in the economic security development is examined. The method of the present study is descriptive- analytical. The method of data collection is library, which is done by taking notes from the Persian and Latin sources of law books and using internet resources as well. The data collection instrument is by taking notes from books, articles, and internet resources. The results of the study showed that the higher level of economic and political corruptions in developing societies adds, the more national security exposures to threat. The economic and political corruptions are one of the biggest obstacles to substantial development in developing countries, and control of economic crime must take place in various forms, and it will not be useful to suffice for one strategy.
