Abstract

Cybercrimes have created conceptual and exemplary changes in classical criminal law in its development process, so that it even has its own specialized literature. For example, instead of the term "criminal" in cyber crimes, the term "hacker" is used, and "hacker" means a cyber criminal regardless of the criminal description of his/her criminal act. In line with international criminal policies, there is a discussion about the international contexts and influences regarding organized cyber crimes, which many researchers in the field of cyber criminology divide this era into two stages before the Budapest Convention in 2001 and after it. do Cyber ​​threats are a challenge for law enforcement agencies in both developed and developing countries. Attention to legislation as an integral part of cyber security strategy As mentioned earlier, cyber security plays an important role in the continuous development of information technology and internet services. In this regard, this article examines the strategic aspects of dealing with organized cyber crimes at the macro level and the practical legislative approaches in this field, which, of course, by examining different patterns and strategies, it is clear that a comprehensive global approach to deal with this group There are no crimes.
