Abstract

The reference to the category of "identity" has been studied in different periods and in different societies, especially the transformed societies that have faced a revolution. Intellectuals and modernist writers searched for contemporary history. Basically, identity is not considered static and unchanged, and its main components are always transformed. For this reason, the issue of identity seems to be important for every generation. The lack of a unified consensus at the beginning of the revolution in some levels led to the formation of an identity crisis and the emergence of new obstacles in the development of the Islamic Revolution. Societies undergo change in the early years with instability and events that change the revolutionary path and move away from goals. One of the most probable crises in this situation is the occurrence of a coup d'etat, which after the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the discovery of the Niqab coup, which according to some officials, some aspects of which have remained silent so far, shows its grounds. The research method is descriptive-analytical, data collection is documentary and library, cross-sectional and variable time is qualitatively studied and applied purpose. A detailed study of the reasons for planning the Niqab coup and its study clearly shows that the crisis of individual identity, one of the most important types of political crises, has played a decisive role in the formation of this coup.
