Abstract

Throughout history, war has inflicted horrific casualties on children, but modern warfare skills make children more crippled and abused than ever before. Given this necessity, the purpose of this article is to examine the consequences of the Syrian war on the rights and health of children and how to protect it. The results show that in the context of global action to increase child protection in armed conflict, this article examines a wide range of important issues related to children's rights and health in the postwar period, and states that issues such as ending amnesty for crimes against children Ending resistance to war, providing children with a place in security programs, controlling and declaring violations of children's rights in war, responding to the scale of sexual conflict and building peace, involving adolescents in reconstruction, supporting children in terrorist attacks, improving information Gathering information and psychoanalysis of children in war, educating and paying attention to children's rights and gender, establishing a social community to support children, preparing resources for children affected by war should be considered as an urgent request in international organizations and courts To be placed.
