Meritocracy and Administrative Health Policy and Protection of People's Rights in Government Organizations (Case Study: Social Security Organization)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate meritocracy and administrative health and protection of people's rights in government organizations (Case study: Social Security Organization). The research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive-survey research method and is of the causal research type and specifically based on the structural equation model. The statistical population of this study is all managers and employees in social security organizations in southwestern Iran (Kohkiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Fars and Bushehr) consists of 183 people. Sampling method based on Morgan table is 118 people. Sample members were distributed. Data collection tool, three researcher questionnaires 1- Shastalari; 2- Questionnaire for protection of people's rights 3- It was a health questionnaire. Data were analyzed by Emus software. Findings showed that there is a relationship between meritocracy and administrative health. There is a relationship between meritocracy and the protection of people's rights. Administrative health plays a mediating role between meritocracy and the protection of people's rights.
