Abstract

This descriptive analytical method and using library and documentary tools, tries to provide strategies to prevent the development of crime in this period. The concept of the period of transition is the rotation of a culture, society and civilization and its disgust and tendency towards foreign and alternative culture, society and civilization. During the transition period, due to the conflicts and contradictions that children and adolescents develop with them in the development of their personality in society; Perversion and absolute commission of crimes will increase. The purpose of preventing growth in the transition period is to control the mental and psychological well-being of children and adolescents and to prevent social and cultural rupture with their own society. The results suggest that ignoring these subcultures if they do not pay attention to the various dimensions of broken window theory and criminal behaviors such as labeling them may lead to the formation of "nervousness against national interests and security." In this case, the occurrence of unrest, damage to public order and security of society is inevitable. This phenomenon can be exacerbated by social learning, criminal government, weak domestic media, criminal acts of dissident media, poor education. Without eliminating the causes of the increase in crime in the period of transition and social and situational prevention, and reforming the governance structure, we can not see successful preventive growth in the field of education alone.
