Abstract

showed its will in practical terms by the order of the Supreme Leader and formed and activated working and specialized committees during various meetings. Simultaneously with the central headquarters of the organization in Tehran, the general departments and treatment managements of the provinces also started to work in order not to leave the caravan of e-government development. In the 11th government, good measures have been taken to develop e-services, and the Social Security Organization considers it its duty to take important steps in this direction, as if it has already taken effective measures. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of implementing a centralized system of social security audiences on the quality of services provided based on a centralized social security system. The most important methods of data collection in this study are descriptive-field method and 384 questionnaires were distributed among the audience of Tehran Social Security Organization. In this study, it has been tried to evaluate the quality of services of the centralized system of social security audience for the audience that the results of the hypotheses indicate the desired quality in 5 dimensions of physical dimensions, reliability, responsiveness, reliability and empathy. It indicates that the design and creation of electronic supply and procurement systems by reducing the involvement of human factors and improving the security and monitoring of web-based communication networks can increase the quality of services of the Social Security Organization by accelerating, transparency, ease.
