Study and analysis of effective factors and obstacles in moral education

Abstract

Training is one of the basic concepts and it means cultivating and directing human thoughts and behavior towards a specific and purposeful pattern and realizing potential talents and silencing some negative reactions. Education has different dimensions, one of the most important of which is moral education, which is one of the most fundamental issues of human societies. Accurate explanation of moral education, identification and study of its effective factors and obstacles is one of the most important issues in the field of education. The present article seeks to investigate the factors and obstacles affecting moral education based on the teachings of Imam Ali (AS) with a descriptive-analytical method and of the library type. Imam Ali's (AS) moral thoughts are based on the tradition of the Prophet (PBUH) and the life-giving school of Islam. Therefore, first, the meaning of moral and political education and then the effective factors and obstacles in moral education based on the words of Imam (AS) ) Has been studied. The results indicate: From the perspective of Imam Ali (AS), hereditary factors, environmental factors (including family, friends and community) and individual will are the most important factors affecting moral education. Also, the factors of ignorance, wonder and selfishness, love of the world, passive world and pretending to be religious are among the most important obstacles in moral education.
