Predicting the level of optimism based on spiritual intelligence and social support

Abstract

Obviously, all human beings need the support of those around them and their friends in times of trouble to feel safe. Therefore, social support can play an important role in optimism. In addition, another important aspect of humanistic action that is related to one's optimism is spirituality, and people with spiritual tendencies respond better to the situation when faced with harm and better manage the situation that produces pressure. کردن. Therefore, the aim of this study was to predict optimism based on spiritual intelligence and social support in individuals. To conduct this research, samples including 200 people (100 males, 100 females) were selected from the teachers of Tehran Region 1, and this selection was done as available samples. Also, three questionnaires of optimism, social support and spiritual intelligence and Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis were used as research tools and statistical data analysis method. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant correlation between spiritual intelligence and optimism and it is concluded that increasing spiritual intelligence in individuals can increase optimism. However, there is no significant correlation between the studied variables and the optimism variable in men.
