Abstract

Prevention of juvenile delinquency is a very important issue that has been considered by both domestic legal systems and international authorities and documents. Therefore, it is necessary and necessary to involve criminal and non-governmental institutions to prevent preventive measures. To be paid. Active and non-criminal prevention, especially social prevention, are among the most important preventive measures in the field of juvenile delinquency. The question of the present study is which institutions can be considered as contributing to crime prevention and what role can governmental and non-governmental institutions play in applying a comprehensive approach? The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of the type of research that was collected and analyzed using library resources. Crime prevention in the world today is seen as an activity that must comply with a series of specific laws and regulations. Lack of clear rules and regulations and uniform and coherent management in the field of crime prevention management in Iran has caused many problems. Lack of a comprehensive and inconsistent approach between governmental and non-governmental institutions in the field of crime prevention, as well as the lack of a clear legal framework for crime prevention problems in Iran. Various organizations to play a role in this field.
