Realization of the production leap by providing a high-performance model with the approach of reducing social loafing in government organizations after the revolution

Abstract

. However, there are gaps in existing studies in this area. Therefore, the present study has been to explain and test the high performance formation model through the method of thematic analysis with the approach of reducing social void in government organizations. The present study is considered from a pragmatic research methodology perspective; first, to explain the model through a thematic method and through in-depth interviews with 20 managers and experts in the field of public administration, and in the next step to measure the model of formation. High performance with the approach of reducing social invalidity among 375 managers and employees of government organizations in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Provinces. The results of the coding of the interviews showed that the model of high-performance work systems with a social invalidity reduction approach includes three main themes of high-performance work procedures with a social invalidity reduction approach (structural and team-level procedures); Teamwork and organizational results); intermediate conditions (behavioral factors and psychological factors). Also, the results of structural equation analysis and path analysis by partial least squares (PLS) showed that structural levels (monitoring procedures, performance evaluation and reward procedures) on behavioral factors (organizational citizenship behavior; communication). ) And psychological factors (trust; employee affiliation) have a significant effect and through these factors lead to team results (behavioral results, motivational results, functional results) and organizational results (motivational results; functional results).
