Abstract

Thisresearchaimstoanalyzetheconceptof Velayat-e-Faqihin the political thought of theconstitutional era: a comparative study of the views of the great verses of SheikhFazlullahNouri, AkhundKhorasani and Mohammad Hossein Naeini.Themethod ofthe present research is a qualitative method by reviewing library textsanddocuments Velayat-e-Faqihisoneofth important issues inthehistoryof theconstitution that there are still ambiguities for some historians regarding the views of somepersonalitiesof that time on the mentioned subject.Ayatollah Sheikh Fazlullah Nouri, Mohammad Hossein NaeiniandAkhundKhorasani are among the personalities whose thoughts need to be explained clearly and carefully researched. Thereare two views in this regard: one is the view of the opposition, which considers a person like Sheikh Fazlullah Nouri as a defender of the Islamic monarchy, and the second is the view of Mukhtar and agrees, who see him as a serious supporter of Velayat-e-Faqih.. These accusations were just like the accusations leveled against a figure like the Khorasani cleric, who introduced him as against Velayat-e-Faqih. However,the actionsof AkhundKhorasanihaveprovedthatthedeceased,intheory andpractice, wasafirmbeliever in Velayat-e-Faqih andas the supremeleader,hedeposedthekingof thecountry, excommunicated the elected representative of the people and expelled him from the parliament.This way, he perseveredAlthough this research is specific to Mirza Naeini, Akhund Khorasani and Sheikh Fazlollah Nouri, but since the opposition of these two ideas is in the direction of the opposition of the spectrum of Mohaghegh Khorasani and Sheikh Nouri, so it can be referred. In addition, the influence of the Khorasani clergy on Naini is undeniable. Therefore, there can be no complete strangeness and complete alienation between all Naini innovations and Khorasani ideas.
