Today, as a result of the development of societies, population growth, confrontation of public interests and private interests, the transition of the government from a single-sector government to a welfare and democratic government, attention to the interests of the majority and the public in the shadow of democratic systems, we witness the increasing importance of the discussion of land and property acquisition in line with It is to eliminate the legal gaps, therefore, the current research is trying to investigate the evolution of legislation related to land acquisition before and after the victory of the Islamic Revolution, with a brief look at the laws of England and France. From this point of view, after expanding the conceptual space of the subject, it will investigate the historical course of land acquisition laws before and after the revolution. According to the subject documentation presented in this research, the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of collecting information in this research is library. The findings of the article are that in the historical course of the laws approved before and after the revolution, it can be stated that, in the establishment of laws in the field of real estate and land acquisition before the revolution, there were features such as: the transfer of social rights to Individual rights, emphasizing the payment of nobles without regard to the payment of the arena and inspiration laws have been emphasized in the approval of laws,
