Abstract
The development of e-government in all parts of the country and in all dimensions is necessary and effective. One of the important dimensions is political development. The aim of this study was to identify the components affecting the effectiveness of e-government development in Tehran Province Water and Sewerage Company. The statistical population of this research consists of the number of managers in the field of information technology of Tehran Water and Sewerage Company with 13 subsidiaries that include 240 people. Samples were selected. In order to collect data in the qualitative part, an open questionnaire was used and in a quantitative part, we used a closed questionnaire. Expert opinions were used to determine the validity of the questionnaires and Cronbach 's alpha was used to determine the reliability. The results showed that the reliability was confirmed. Delphi technique and structural equations with AMOS software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that seven components have a significant impact on the effectiveness of e-government in the structural, behavioral, environmental, process, output, outcome and effectiveness.
