Model of organizational spirituality in human resource management projects of Khatam al-Anbia construction camp (PBUH)

Abstract

Human resource management has had to implement organizational spirituality in its actions in order to apply and not be deprived of the competitive advantage created by efficient human resources. The purpose of this study was to design a model of organizational spirituality in human resource management of Khatam al-Anbia construction camp projects. The research method was qualitative. Research strategy The research method is case analysis (content analysis). The statistical population of the study was 10 successful projects of Khatam Al-Anbia (PBUH) construction camp and using the experiences of the commanders of the holy defense era who were serving in these projects. Data collection tools were in-depth semi-structured interviews that were analyzed by open, centralized and selective coding methods. The findings of the first phase of the research showed that the main components of the organizational spirituality model in human resource management projects of Khatam al-Anbia (PBUH) construction camp included: "Background", "Process", "Consequences", and "Human Resource Management".
