Abstract

the goal of this research; Identifying and examining the causal relationships between the dimensions of political intelligence of the agents of the Ministry of Interior is based on the Islamic perspective. The research method is an approach mixed with a sequential exploration strategy. The statistical population consisted of 23 experts who were also selected as a sample. The research tool included a researcher-made questionnaire that was obtained through interviews with experts. Using the SLR technique, all the main and sub-variables were identified and using the Delphi method, the basic dimensions were extracted and in the next step, the indicators were provided to the experts through a questionnaire to model the necessary data using the Dematel method. In order to measure the reliability, in addition to Cronbach's alpha, the combined reliability method as well as the Lawshe technique and the extracted mean variance index were used to evaluate the convergent validity to determine the validity of the SLR (systematic review) technique. The results of the study showed that the factors affecting the political intelligence of managers identified in this study included social games, personal influence, power dynamics (as the most influential dimensions) and network ability, information capture (as the most influential dimensions).
