Preserving territorial integrity from the perspective of Imami jurisprudence and the jurisprudence of the four Sunni religions

Abstract

Today, preserving the independence and territorial and border integrity of countries has been considered and emphasized as a global principle. According to the ninth principle, "in the Islamic Republic of Iran, freedom, independence, unity and territorial integrity of the country are inseparable preservation of them is the duty of the government people. No individual, group or authority has the right to inflict the slightest damage on the political, cultural, economic military independence and territorial integrity of Iran in the name of exercising freedom, and no authority has the right to exercise legitimate freedoms in the name of preserving the country's independence and territorial integrity. "Laws and regulations, deprive."
Due to the importance of the issue of protection of land bordersexistence of different ethnicities and religionscountry, the present study has been conducted with the aim of examining analyzing the preservation territorial integrity from perspective of Imami jurisprudence jurisprudence four Sunni religions. The results of the descriptive research indicate that despite the differences between the jurists of the Shiite religionfour religions, the jurists four religions have formally accepted the unity in protecting the country's borders. Studies show that the jurists of the four religions, like the jurists Shiite religion, are organized in defense country against the invasion of the enemies, which is called defensive jihad.
Accept and adhere . It is clear that the efforts and concerns of protecting the country's borders are not reserved for Shiite jurists, and the jurists of Sunni religions have considered border protection as an objective obligation.
