Abstract

The Prophet's biography has long been considered by Muslim writers in terms of theoretical and practical importance. Undoubtedly, correct and successful research in this regard requires that all available sources and narrations be considered and critiqued. Although the book Safina al-Bahar is one of the later sources, it is more important for cataloging the book Bihar al-Anwar and collecting scattered narrations from various Shiite sources.
The main purpose of this study is to explain the cultural components of Islamic civilization based on the book Safineh Al-Bahar. Therefore, an attempt is made to study and explain the approach of the Ship of the Sea as a Shiite source to the components of Islamic civilization.
Considering that the basis of the book Safina al-Bahar is based on the knowledge of hadith and the works of the Ahl al-Bayt of infallibility and purity; The theoretical framework of biography research and documentary-library method along with filing tools have been used for writing.
