Abstract

This article, which is taken from a doctoral dissertation entitled "Analysis of the educational-governmental biography of Prophet Yusuf (pbuh) in the Holy Quran and Imam Ali (pbuh) in Nahj al-Balaghah", examines the rights of the people in two examples of divine government on The land is covered.
From the point of view of the Holy Quran, rights flow between divine creatures and are applicable to each other. Rights are not just among human beings that if someone has a right over another, that person also has a right over him, but this other includes creatures, including humans, animals, plants, and so on. Therefore, rights are not defined in the Qur'an in human terms. One of the most important rights in human society is the right of the subjects over the governor and the right of the governor over the subjects, the fulfillment of which will have positive effects and, on the contrary, the non-fulfillment of it will have negative effects. The basis of divine commands has been considered Among these rights, the welfare and comfort of the people and the security of society have also been given special attention.
