The position of Mullah Abdul Razzaq Fayyaz Lahiji in the development of theological and philosophical knowledge of the Safavid era

Abstract

The celebrities of the Safavid era in various fields and specialties were among the most important factors that shaped the different situation of the Safavid era compared to before and after. Safavid attention to scientists, poets, theologians, architects, painters and other disciplines of the minute sciences and humanities made possible the wide dimensions of their development. Although the scope of these developments was universal and national, some regions were more important among the provinces and provinces of the country for various reasons. Among them, Gilani celebrities in the Safavid era can be mentioned as an example. Among the diligent Gilanis in various fields in the Safavid era, the city of Lahijan was prominent. One of the most famous figures of the Safavid era, "Mullah Abdul Razzaq Fayyaz Lahiji" has been one of the influential figures in many humanities in this period. Rahchend is known as a theologian and philosopher, but he also excelled in mysticism, poetry, astronomy, and jurisprudence. The present article deals with his position in the Safavid era with a descriptive-analytical approach and based on studies, it is concluded that Fayyaz Lahiji was not only a figure among the many Safavid celebrities but also his contribution to the development of Sadra philosophy, his theoretical and written reflections. To the philosophers before him and finally to the theological and philosophical works he left behind, they were all among the influential factors that significantly changed and improved the level of knowledge of the time.
