Given the sensitivities that exist regarding (even) the definition of political crime and its separation from other security crimes, in practice, determining the instances of political crime, etc., has been one of the topics that has long been the subject of theoretical controversy. According to the hermeneutic approaches defined in the humanities; In some cases, we have to refer the reader to his reading and understanding and even separation, this can practically lead us to this point; Defining precise rules, clear cases and even a special procedure for this type of perpetrators of these crimes by observing issues such as the presence of a jury and the like is necessary and consequently causes The criminal justice system should be more consistent in the judicial investigation of these crimes based on the main legal criteria such as (justice, fairness, judicial conscience, principles of fair trial, etc).
