Abstract

The success of organizations is largely rooted in innovation. Today, innovation in the current technological environment plays an important role for organizations, and most organizations are looking to create new ideas to use the knowledge to offer new products and services to customers and stakeholders, and through this infrastructure. Create the necessary for innovation. This study, in order to identify factors, indicators and provide a model of innovative capabilities in small and medium enterprises in order to increase the value of capital, with 5 main factors and 20 dimensions that the relevant factors and dimensions are: individual factor (knowledge, skills, characteristics) Personality and motivation), group factor (composition, coherence, relationship and size), organizational factor (culture, systems and processes, strategies, leadership and organization, learning), industry factor (networking, suppliers, customers and competition), factor National (government incentives, laws and regulations, environmental conditions) and 86 indicators have been formed. The effectiveness of these indicators on innovative capabilities after designing a questionnaire and distributing it among 306 experts and employees of small and medium companies in Markazi province and using structural equations and Emus software, the research model has been fitted. 80 indicators with 5 main factors and 20 dimensions were accepted for the designed model. According to the research, successful innovative capabilities in small and medium enterprises of Markazi province require attention to all the above factors, dimensions and indicators.
