Abstract

Criteria and policies govern urban management, the implementation of which requires a talented social context to rely on to manage its activities in a more desirable way, and jurisprudence should be introduced in different layers and the opposing sections should be eliminated or Adjusted and adapted. Observance and implementation of jurisprudential standards causes the existence of a monotheistic and divine spirit and the color and smell of spirituality is felt, which is the advantage of urban jurisprudential management from purely secular and human management. According to this article, in addition to jurisprudential analysis, it has been achieved that the rules and policies governing urban management with issues such as education of citizenship rights, adopting a citizen-oriented approach, reforming the administrative system and respecting citizenship rights, impact on crime reduction and prevention From it, etc., it is possible to play a role in promoting rights in society.
