Transnational networks transition from modernity to postmodernity

Abstract

Local societies are the most preliminary pivot on the international relations or international community are developed. During years,the goal of integrating governments and forming a single international community,which growing phenomenon,plays the leading role in the world community,was always pursued,To achieve this goal,unifying viewpoints of the involved governments and the international system takes priority as well as resolving disagreements,Efforts to develop new and advanced discipline was strengthened,In new international discipline, by putting aside governments as the main actors of the international community and replacing the government agents who build up horizontal networks aligned with special subjects.The international competition was created between the subordinates and the patterns,Although some international followers struggle with the limitations of transnational processes on domestic society and seek to facilitate the onerous transition from tradition to modernity by using the effects of the globalization process,it seemed necessary to amend previous laws to be responsive to the global activities of organizations that now face the changing nature of new structural patterns,Therefore, the need to provide a pattern for organizing the subordinates, led to the world politics official acceptance of these networks and not only prepared to strengthen the core of the structure of the new world discipline, but also tried to help the transition from modernity to postmodernity,These networks,known as transgovernmental networks,emerged by leaving behind transnational networks and transgovernmental relations, and are trying to bring about a more advanced overall structure in the international community.
