Abstract

there has been a lot of research on women's rights, but research on their proprietary rights has not been made comprehensive and comprehensive research is necessary and it is necessary to investigate the specific rights of women in the iranian and iranian society. Therefore, the purpose in this study is to answer the question of what specific rights women are in the Iranian and Iranian society and what they have to be shared and differential. therefore, according to the method of library collection and descriptive and analytical method, it is concluded that the individual rights of women in iranian society good collision: dowry payments, alimony, and. that is to say, men have a role to pay the women's dowry and take the necessities of their wives and do their best in life, otherwise the legislator will compel them to do their homework. In Egypt, women's rights are treated like Iran's rights, but women do not have exclusive rights in Egypt's rights, but dowry, alimony, and good collision of women's public rights in that society, and there are legal obligations to play them.
