Abstract

Economic growth is the increase in the production of goods and services of a country in one period compared to its amount in another period. If the production of goods or services by any means increases in a country, it can be said that economic growth has taken place in that country. At present, economic growth is a concern of all societies in the world. The religion of Islam also focuses on the economic growth and development of Muslims and has presented the methods and elements of achieving it in its teachings. In this regard, there are some jurisprudential rules that their attention and application in society is effective in economic growth. The purpose of this study is to investigate the jurisprudential rules affecting economic growth due to the importance of economic growth at this time. By examining this category of jurisprudential rules, it is possible to achieve the necessity and importance of economic growth and development, given the current economic conditions in the country.
