Identifying and compiling the dimensions and components of the conceptual model of teaching and learning with Islamic approach in the educational centers of Alborz University of Science and Technology (with a qualitative approach)

Abstract

According to the development perspective of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the developed society, based on Islamic, national and revolutionary values, has advanced knowledge, relies on powerful human resources, has health and well-being, is responsible, is faithful, is committed to Create a revolution and an Islamic system. The role of higher education as the custodian of the proper implementation of all relevant programs and tasks and increasing the efficiency of the system, especially in the Islamic Republic of Iran, the issue of Islamization of higher education in accordance with the needs of modern society has always been of great importance. And the foundation data theory method is performed. The statistical population includes professors and active teaching and learning experts in the training centers of Alborz University of Science and Technology and the research tool is a semi-structured interview. The data of this study are the result of interviews with 15 professors (snowball sampling method) which includes 12 hours of interviews and its implementation was analyzed by thematic method (theme). A total of 17 characteristics were identified in the form of 7 sub-categories and 5 main categories with the following titles: elements of educational design, teachers' communication skills, teachers' research skills, Islamic value orientation skills, teachers' technical skills and finally the dimensions and components of the conceptual model.
