Presenting a model for establishing knowledge management in government organizations (Case study: East Ahvaz Health Center)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to provide a model for establishing knowledge management in East Ahvaz Health Center. The present study has a qualitative and quantitative approach and the data theory theory of the foundation has been used Through interviews with a panel of experts, the indicators of factors affecting knowledge management in East Ahvaz Health Center were identified. Then a questionnaire from the qualitative findings of the research was used. The statistical population of a small part of the research consists of a number of experts, specialists and pundits in East Ahvaz Health Center, professors, experts, managers, which includes 630 people. According to the size of the statistical population, 239 people should be selected as the statistical sample size. The sampling method in this step was also simple random. . Structural equations including both measurement model and structural model were used simultaneously to present the model using PLS software. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the markers have the necessary accuracy to measure the research variables (p = 0.01). The findings also showed The overall fit of the model (GOF = 0.562) has high validity and quality In addition, the results of path analysis showed that organizational culture, leadership, technology and human resource management have a significant impact on the establishment of knowledge management in the East Ahvaz Health Center at 99% confidence level
