Nostrils; What is it and ways to deal with it from the perspective of the Qur'an

Abstract

The Holy Qur'an emphasizes the important issue that in the path of training and moving towards perfection, man will face a stubborn enemy called Nafs Amara, who makes sin easy and beautiful with various tricks. Accepting the assumption that the soul is the most hostile enemy, the present article intends to use a descriptive-analytical method to find out what the soul is and the strategies to deal with it with emphasis on the teachings of the Holy Quran. The tricks of the soul are veils, tricks, tricks, tricks and hypocrisies of the soul, which have been addressed in this research under such titles as delivery, decoration, consolation and dressing. The source of the stubbornness of the soul is moral sins and vices, and the Holy Qur'an recommends that man, by striving with the soul and moving under the shining sun of his intellect, faith and divine nature, can overcome these stubbornness, and with the help of God reach his destination.
