Abstract

The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of variables affecting the life expectancy of Islamic Azad University students in both master's and doctoral courses. In this way, the factors affecting students' life expectancy can be studied and evaluated. For this purpose, the statistical population of this study included all active (studying) master and doctoral students of Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch in the four faculties of Management, Humanities, Basic Sciences and Engineering that were studying in this university. surrounded. 734 students were selected as a sample based on multi-stage cluster sampling method. The present study was performed by combined method. In this way, we first extracted the components of the research using the opinions of experts and experts and then collected data and information through a questionnaire. Factor analysis and Pearson correlation were used for data analysis. According to the results of the research, the life expectancy of doctoral students is at a higher level than that of graduate students. have. Also, based on the coefficients obtained from Pearson correlation method, perceived individual characteristics by 66%, socialization and socio-economic conditions by 58%, family conditions by 26% and university and governing structure by 30% It affects the life expectancy of students.
