Qualitative analysis of good e-government in the Ministry of Sports and Youth

Abstract

Background and Aim: The present study was conducted with the aim of qualitative analysis of good e-government in the Ministry of Sports and Youth.
Research Method: The present research method is in terms of developmental purpose and qualitative research in terms of measurement, which has been analyzed using the data theory method of the foundation. Open, axial and selective coding (Strauss and Corbin model) were used to analyze the data.
Results: Based on the results, the categories were identified in the form of 28 categories and 62 concept codes. ‌ If, and the consequences are in place. Conclusion: The results showed that the background conditions can be distinguished at two levels: micro (laws) and macro (economic factors, political factors, structural factors (infrastructure). The present results are an appropriate and local framework for research related to good e-governance in Iranian sports, which is necessary to pay attention to its dimensions and consequences in order to further develop sports organizations.
