"Iran's criminal policy in preventing forgery of car documents with a disciplinary and registration approach"

Abstract

Felony "document forgery " in fact , is considered as a common type of forgery amongst crimes against public security and comfort , which can have negative effects on the country' s public security and since advances in science and technology , has provided forgers with equipment and tools of modification and alterations of documents, it's essential to mutually take steps towards detection and identification of forged documents using scientific methods and equipment. In fact, by taking advantage of scientific methods and techniques for the investigation of crime or "police science " we could achieve correct and acceptable results with high reliability and the least error for the majority of the time.

Action of the police and the law Enforcement force of the Islamic republic of Iran in society could be effective in decreasing and preventing forgery felonies , as the title of the paper is suggesting it.

We first presented a brief definition of forgery and the fundamentals of preventing it and in the following named several motivations and factors that led to forging official documents by giving examples and briefly expressed methods of preventing automobile document forgery in the speech domain and conclusion section . although unless a society is saturated with science , knowledge , prosperity and freedom , we can't hope for its health and being free of social pollution as forgery is the product of poverty ,ignorance , and underdevelopment of nation.
